| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 간호대학생의 주관적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구결과 주관적 행복감에 영향을 주는 요인은 건강상태, 지각된 스트레스_긍정적 지각, 지각된 스트레스_부정적 지각, 회복탄력성_자신감, 회복탄력성_긍정성, 회복탄력성_사회적 지지이었고, 설명력은 51.4%이었다. 독립변수들의 상대적인 영향력은 회복탄력성_자신감, 지각된 스트레스_부정적 지각, 지각된 스트레스_긍정적 지각, 회복탄력성_긍정성, 회복탄력성_사회적 지지, 건강상태 순이었다. 또한 회복탄력성은 지각된 스트레스와 전공만족도에 대한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 회복탄력성은 스트레스 정도를 완화하고 전공에 대한 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인이며, 행복감에 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 추후 간호대학생의 행복감에 대한 모형 구축 연구와 더불어 회복탄력성을 높여 행복감을 증진시킬 수 있는 전략의 개발과 적용을 제언하는 바이다. | - |
