- Abstract
- In order to complete system using BIM technologies through life cycle of construction project, various tools and technologies which could be used in their phases are to be developed. BIM. In order to develop and adopt BIM technologies systematically through the life cycle of construction projects, it is required to identify the technologies to be develop and establish the strategy for their develop and adopt for construction project. In this study, 106 expected future technologies could be used with BIM are identified with the literature review. In order to establish development priorities of them, cluster analysis is used. As a result of analysis, 5 clusters are identified and they could be used for technology development strategy.
