- Abstract
- 본 연구는 수산물의 수급정책에서 근간이 되는 식품수급표를 대상으로 수산물의 공급량에 대한 몇 가지 의문을 제기하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 최근의 수산물 식품수급표를 검토하고, 다음으로 수산물 식품수급표가 안고 있는 문제를 진단해 보고자 한다. 그리고 이를 통해 도출된 결론을 바탕으로 수산물 수급통계의 개선을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.
