- Abstract
- 본 연구는 청소년 스마트 폰 중독과 회복탄력성, 공격성 및 학교적응의 구조적 관계를 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구 자료는 경상남도 소재의 남자고등학생 177명과 여자고등학생 191명을 대상으로 수집되었다. 문헌 연구를 통해 청소년의 스마트 폰 중독과 관련이 있을 것으로 추론된 요인들을 기초로 연구모형을 설정한 후, 수집한 자료를 바탕으로 변인들 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 스마트 폰 중독은 회복탄력성을 매개로 공격성과 학교적응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 스마트 폰 중독의 공격성과 학교적응에 대한 직접적인 경로는 유의하지 않았으나, 이는 회복탄력성의 중요성이 상대적으로 강조된 결과로 해석되었다. 결과적으로 회복탄력성은 스마트 폰 중독의 공격성 및 학교적응의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 분석 결과를 토대로, 교육 및 상담을 통한 회복탄력성 제고 방안 등이 논의되었다.
