| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 간호·간병통합서비스에 참여한 병원 간호사를 대상으로 일대일 심층면담을 통해 간호·간병통합서비스 시행에 관한 경험의 본질을 총체적이고 심층적으로 탐구하고 파악하기 위한 질적연구이다. 연구참여자는 간호·간병통합서비스 시범사업을 실시한 병동에서 6개월 이상 근무한 간호사 9명을 목적적 표출에 의하여 모집하였다. 자료분석은 Colaizzi [16]가 제시한 분석 방법을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 간호·간병통합서비스에 참여한 간호사들의 경험은 63개의 의미 있는 진술이 추출되었고, 비슷한 의미들을 묶어 총 22개의 하위주제와 9개의 주제모음이 도출되었으며 도출된 현상의 주제는, 돌봄의 간호를 실천하기, 서비스 이용자의 고마움을 느낌, 보호자 부재로 인한 간호의 어려움, 환자의 지나친 요구와 보호자의 불신으로 지쳐감, 간호에 대한 정체성 혼돈, 지원시스템이 미흡함, 이용자와 근무자에 대한 사전교육이 미흡함, 간호사와 보조인력의 업무정립이 요구됨, 낮은 보상과 높은 안전사고에 대한 우려로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 간호·간병통합서비스의 확대, 정착 및 간호의 질 향상을 위한 제도적 보완과 정책수정의 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다. | - |
