- Abstract
- 연구목적: 본 연구의 주요 목적은 빈곤이 아동청소년기의 건강상태 인식과 관련성이 있는지와 이 관계에서 방임이 매개하는지를 규명하려는 것이다. 방법: 한국아동⋅청소년패널조사(KCYPS) 자료 가운데 초1패널 4차 년도 2,009명(2013년 초등학교 4학년), 초4패널 4차 년도 1,978명(2013년 중학교 1학년), 중1패널 4차 년도 2,007명(2013년 고등학교 1학년)을 활용하였다. 위계적 회귀분석을 실행하였으며 매개효과 검증은 부트스트레핑(bootstrapping) 방법을 적용하였다. 결과: 빈곤은 학령기와 전기 청소년기 아동의 건강상태 인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 방임은 빈곤을 통제하고도 모든 아동청소년기의 건강상태 인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 방임은 학령기 아동에게서는 부분매개를, 전기 청소년기 아동에게서는 완전매개를 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 실천적 및 정책적 함의를 논의하였다.
