- Abstract
- 본 연구는 연구개발의 기술적 성과에 비하여 상대적으로 저조한 경제적 성과를 제고하기 위해 중소기업의 기술사업화 촉진을 위한 혁신전략 도출을 목적으로 하고 있다. 우리나라의 기술사업화 촉진정책을 진단한 이후에 주요 선진국의 중소기업 기술사업화 지원정책의 벤치마킹, 중소기업 기술사업화를 담당하는 중소기업진흥공단을 준거로 한 SWOT 분석, 기업고객의 정책수요 분석 등의 결과를 토대로 로레인지(Lorange)의 전략 프레임워크를 활용하여 5분야의 혁신전략과 15개의 추진과제를 도출하였다. 마지막으로, 본 연구를 통해 도출된 혁신전략 및 추진과제가 효과적으로 실행될 수 있도록 제도, 투자방향 및 거버넌스 측면의 제언을 결론에서 제시하였다.
