- Abstract
- In this paper, a mathematical model of an inverting buck-boost converter with single switch is introduced for the model-based controller design. The nonlinear states of the converter will be controlled by a systematic linearization strategy. The first state will be controlled to follow its desired state to be control input for the next state, and the second state will also be regulated by the well-controlled first state. The high gain observer will be used to design and analysis the proposed nonlinear states feedback controller. The sliding mode controller is also designed to guarantee the exponential convergence of the system. To investigate the validity of the proposed controller, the simulation study will be performed by using PSIM (R) tool.
