- Abstract
- 본 연구는 고등학생의 자기분화와 역기능적 진로사고의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과 여부를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경남지역에 소재하는 인문계 고등학교에 재학 중인 남녀학생 417명을 대상으로 자기분화, 진로결정 자기효능감, 역기능적 진로사고에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 구조방정식을 통해 모형을 검증한 결과, 자기분화는 역기능적 진로사고와는 부적 상관, 진로결정 자기효능감과는 정적 상관, 진로결정 자기효능감은 역기능적 진로사고와 부적상관이 있었으며 자기분화와 역기능적 진로사고의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 역기능적 진로사고에 대한 자기분화와 진로결정 자기효능감의 의미와 역할, 매개효과로서 진로결정 자기효능감의 상담에 대한 함의 등이 논의되었으며 후속연구에 대한 제언 및 시사점 등이 제시되었다.
