| dc.description.abstract | 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 KPCS-1을 개정하고 일반 병동, ICU 및 NICU의 환자분류체계 세가지의 용어를 표준화하는 것이다. KPCS-1 점수 및 각 간호 활동의 실제 활용을 평가하고 KPCS-1점수와 간호 관련 변수 사이의 상관 관계를 검토했다. 방법: 2017년 4월 1일부터 30일까지 퇴원한 6,931명의 상태를 KPCS-1 점수로 분석하였고, KPCS-1 점수와 간호 관련 변수 사이의 통계적 유의성은 GEE를 통하여 평가하였다. KPCS-1 개정은 PLS로 시행되었다. 3개의 환자 분류 시스템(KPCS-1, KPCSC and KPCSN)은 전문가 리뷰에 의해 용어를 표준화하였다. 결과: KPCS-1은 간호 상태를 적절히 표현할 수 있는 유효한 도구였으며, 50개의 항목에서 34개의 간호활동 항목으로 축약된 새 버전으로 개정하였다. KHNA에 의해 개발된 기존의 3가지 환자 분류 시스템에 대한 이름과 용어는 KPCS-GW, KPCS-ICU, KPCS-NICU로 표준화하였다. 결론: KPCS-1은 다양한 간호 조건을 적절하게 나타낼 수 있는 유효한 도구였으며, KPCS-GW로는 34항목으로 개정하였다. KHNA가 개발한 환자분류체계의 용어는 KPCS-GW, KPCS-ICU, KPCS-NICU로 표준화하였다. | - |
