- Abstract
- 본 연구는 기술창업의 대표적 업종인 제조업을 영위하는 여성 창업기업을 대상으로 기업 환경 및 경영자 특성이 창업기업의 초기단계 성장에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기업 환경으로는 ‘시장⋅제도 환경’과 ‘성(性) 차이에 따른 경쟁력 여건’, 경영자 특성으로는 ‘심리적⋅인지적 특성’과 ‘기업경영 역량 특성’을 사용하였다. 초기성장을 나타내는 변수로는 연평균 매출액 증가율과 연평균 종사자 수 증가율을 채택하였다. Baron and Kenny (1986)이 제안한 3단계 매개 회귀분석을 4회에 걸쳐 수행함으로써 기업 환경이 경영자 특성에 미치는 영향관계, 경영자 특성이 초기성장에 미치는 영향관계 등을 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과를 토대로 여성 기술창업기업의 초기성장을 촉진시키는 데에 필요한 정책 시사점을 제시하였다.
