- Abstract
- 본 연구는 유아-교사 친밀 및 갈등관계와 또래 놀이행동에서 유아의 자아탄력성의 관계를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 유치원에 재원 중인 만 3, 4, 5, 6세 유아 463명(남아 265명, 여아 198명)이 연구에 참여하였다. 연구 결과, 유아-교사 친밀 및 갈등관계와 자아탄력성이 또래놀이행동에 미치는 영향에서 유아-교사 갈등관계가 또래놀이상호작용에 미치는 직접경로와 유아-교사 친밀관계가 또래놀이단절에 미치는 직접경로를 제외하고 모든 경로가 유의하였다. 또한 유아-교사 친밀 및 갈등관계가 또래놀이행동에 미치는 영향에서 유아의 자아탄력성의 간접경로가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 그리고 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.
