- Abstract
- 본 연구는 농식품 분야의 기술사업화 현상을 Strauss and Corbin(1990, 1998)의 근거이론 접근법으로 분석한다. 근거이론 접근법을 선택한 이유는 이 분야의 선행연구가 부족하다는 특성에 기인한다. 분석대상은 농업기술실용화재단의 추천을 받은 농식품분야 업체이며, 근거이론의 이론적 표집에 따라 최종 연구참여자를 결정하였다. QSR사의 NVivo10을 활용하여 면담자료의 개방코딩과 축코딩을 수행한 결과, 98개의 개념과 22개의 하위범주, 그리고 9개의 범주를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 개방코딩과 축코딩의 결과를 토대로 농식품분야 기술사업화에 대한 핵심범주를 ‘농식품 분야 기술사업화의 영향요인’으로 선정하고 이야기 윤곽으로 이론을 전개하였다. 기술사업화의 사전적 영향요인으로는 ‘농식품산업 특성기반 위협 및 기회 요인’, ‘기업요인’, ‘기업환경요인’, 사후적 영향요인으로는 ‘기술지원 및 보호 요인’, ‘사업개발역량 요인’을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출한 개념과 범주, 범주간의 관계 등은 후속연구의 토대로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
