- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to explore the value of ‘Field’ and ‘Subject’ based on meng-zi’s experience and theory. We thought about education with a focus on ‘Subject’ and ‘Field’. To accomplish this purpose, we considered meng-zi’s induction experience and the induction theory. First, we learned about the various education meanings of ‘Field’ through meng-zi’s education experience and ‘Field’ through the Mengmusanqianzhijiao(孟母三遷之敎). Second, explored the value of ‘Subject’ based on meng-zi’s induction theory. It is divided into the theory of induction by meng-zi for hand and tooth. Meng-zi’s reception refers to ‘Subject’ who overcame the changes and influences of the Field as the target is the leader leading the society. Third, explored the changes and actions of the ‘Subject’ and ‘Field’. Meng-zi’s ideas were not welcome at the time, but were welcomed as a status of the stronghold in Songminglixue(宋明理學) past the Han Dynasty to see the changes in ‘Subject’ and ‘Field’. Finally, the ‘Field’ and ‘Subject’ reflect on the emphasis and the ‘Subject’ to focus on the ‘Subject’ but to have a wide range of perceptions through the Field.
