| dc.description.abstract | 연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 사용할 수 있는 통증 사정 및 관리를 위한 간호실무지침을 개발하기 위한 것이다. 연구방법: 통증간호실무지침의 수용개작은 국내외에서 엄격한 근거기반 실무지침의 개발과정을 따른 실무지침을 선정하고, 이를 2012년 병원간호사회에서 개발한 실무지침 수용개작 방법론에 따라 24단계로 시행되었다. 연구결과: 연구결과, 통증간호실무지침은 9개 영역, 234개 권고안, 253개 권고항, 274개 근거수준과 권고등급으로 구성되었다. 영역별 권고항 수는 일반적 지침 13개, 통증사정 51개, 통증중재 14개, 급성통증의 약물적 중재 66개, 만성암성통증의 약물적 중재 41개, 만성비암성통증의 약물적 중재 35개, 통증중재의 비약물적 방법 21개, 통증간호의 기록 2개, 통증간호교육 10개의 권고항으로 구성되었다. 결론: 본 연구에서 개발된 통증간호실무지침의 사용은 통증간호에 대한 간호사의 지식, 수행을 향상시킬 뿐 아니라, 통증환자의 통증의 감소, 간호만족도 향상에 기여할 것이다. | - |
