- Abstract
- 본 연구는 산후조리원에 입소한 산모 40명(실험군20명, 대조군20명)을 대상으로 이압요법을 활용한 간호중재 프로그램이 산모의 산후우울과 산후피로에 미치는 효과를 검증한 유사실험연구이다. 분만 후 산후조리원에 입소한 산모를 대상으로 이압요법을 활용한 간호중재 프로그램을 적용한 결과 산모의 산후우울과 산후피로는 감소하였으며 이러한 연구 결과는 산욕기 산모의 산후우울과 산후피로를 감소시켜 산모와 가족의 건강증진에 도움을 줄 수 있는 근거 기반 대체간호의 실무 영역을 확장하는데 유용한 기초연구가 될 수 있다.
