- Abstract
- 본 연구는 한국과 뉴질랜드의 지역사회정신건강 서비스 제공기관의 평가지표를 Donabedian의 구조, 과정, 결과의 평가 틀에 적용하여 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 우리나라의 평가지표들은 대부분 구조와 과정평가에 초점이 있고, 사례관리 매뉴얼에 일부 결과평가 지표가 있다. 그러나 뉴질랜드의 경우에는 우리나라와 달리 결과평가가 가장 중요한 평가지표이다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구자는 우리나라 지역사회평가지표에 결과평가를 강화하고, 결과를 평가할 수 있는 신뢰할만하고, 타당한 지표개발을 제안하였다.
