- The journal Analele Stiintifice ale Universitatii Ovidius Constanta, Seria Matematica (in short An. St. Univ. Ovidius Constanta, Ser. Mat.) publishes original papers on pure and applied mathematics. Papers on theoretical physics, astronomy and informatics may be accepted if they present interesting mathematical results. Papers are published in English, and are freely downloadable in postscript and pdf formats. We welcome submissions of papers of the following types: /// Long mathematical articles (not more than 30 pages) which present new mathematical results or are surveys on last progress in a branch of maths. /// Short notes with original mathematical results (2-6 pages). /// Letters to the Editors offering constructive criticisms on papers published in our journal.
