- Journal of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (JGEB) is one of the scientific journals of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT). JGEB is produced in collaboration with the National Research Center (NRC). JGEB is an international journal, which publishes original research articles, short communications and reviews in different fields of genetic engineering and biotechnology. The journal publishes articles in the fields of plant biotechnology, animal biotechnology, microbial biotechnology, industrial biotechnology, medical biotechnology, genomics, proteomics and bioinformatics. JGEB is devoted to publishing articles that advance knowledge and provide novel perspectives in genetic engineering and biotechnology. Submissions of appropriate manuscripts are welcomed. A wide and diverse audience of scientists is addressed.
