Veterinary nursing is a job that is easy to get stressed due to the nature of work because pets do not express pain or suffering in words. This stress can not only make any inconvenience to pet owner, but also negatively affect the performance of the veterinary nursing. In order to reduce the fatigue caused by stress, it was necessary to develop a tool to identify and eliminate the cause of the problem. The questionnaire scale was developed to identify the relationship between the variables and work fatigue of these problems. In this study, 21 Delphi experts and 142 veterinary nurses participated in the development of 17 questionnaire questions by investigating content validity, configuration validity, and reliability. As a lower factor, the physical fatigue of 10 questions and the mental fatigue of 7 questions were set. The overall reliability of the developed questionnaire scale was 0.938, which was suitable as a questionnaire of work fatigue. The questionnaire developed through this study will be useful to identify the work fatigue of veterinary nurses and eliminate variable factors to promote their mental and physical health.
