사회적협동조합의 디지털 리더십과 통합역량이 조직성과에 미치는 영향: 디지털기술 수용성의 매개효과

초록

This study empirically examined the effects of digital leadership and integrative capability on organizational performance through the mediating role of digital technology acceptance among employees of social cooperatives in Korea. An online survey was conducted with 231 employees of social cooperatives located in Gyeongsangnam-do, and structural equation modeling (SEM) was performed using AMOS 29.0. The results are as follows. First, digital leadership had significant positive effects on both integrative capability and digital technology acceptance, while integrative capability also had a significant positive effect on digital technology acceptance. In addition, digital technology acceptance had significant positive effects on both economic and social performance, with the standardized path coefficient being relatively larger for social performance than for economic performance. The explanatory power for digital technology acceptance was 55.4%. Second, the bootstrapping analysis showed that the indirect effects of digital leadership and integrative capability on economic and social performance through digital technology acceptance were all statistically significant. In particular, while the direct effects of digital leadership on economic and social performance were not statistically significant, the indirect effects through digital technology acceptance were significant, providing statistical support for the indirect pathways. Based on these findings, this study presents policy and practical implications for enhancing digital technology acceptance among members of social cooperatives and improving their economic and social organizational performance.
