글로컬대학의 교수-학습전략 분석 연구: 2023년 선정대학 실행계획서를 중심으로

초록

Purpose The purpose of this study is to explore the teaching and learning strategies of glocal universities selected in 2023, aiming to identify ways universities can achieve harmony between the global environment and local communities in terms of teaching and learning. Methods The study analyzed the implementation plans disclosed by these ten universities, deriving teaching and learning methods and related initiatives, categorizing these initiatives, and examining the relationships between universities, teaching and learning methods, and the types and broad categories of initiatives. Results The teaching and learning methods by glocal universities can be deduced into 29 items. Glocal universities focused on curriculum, extracurricular activities, and system infrastructure as types of initiatives related to teaching and learning methods. They planned to use Problem[Project]-Based Learning(PBL), remote education, experiential learning and mentoring as key teaching and learning methods. Furthermore, and analysis of the differences in the use of teaching and learning methods using chi-square test revealed variations in remote education, AI, teaching methods and guides, and industry and field-linked PBL. Conclusion The results derived from this study are expected to serve as an important reference for universities in establishing and implementing teaching and learning strategies that align with global trends while meeting local needs.
