사회복지 자원봉사자의 공정 믿음과 자원봉사활동만족도, 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에 관한 연구 -자원봉사활동만족도의 매개 역할 중심으로-
초록
The purpose of this study was to examine the interrelationships among social welfare volunteers’ just belief, volunteer satisfaction, and life satisfaction, and to examine the mediating role of volunteer satisfaction in these relationships. To this end, this study employed the three-step mediation regression methods proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986)., The main findings of this study are as follows:, First, among the just beliefs, ‘self-oriented just belief(due compensation)’ and ‘acceptance of responsibility for one's faults by society as a whole’ were positively related to life satisfaction. Conversely, ‘self-oriented just belief(general recognition of one's qualifications)’ was negatively associated with life satisfaction. Second, ‘volunteer satisfaction’ partially mediated the relationship between ‘self-oriented just belief(due compensation)’ and life satisfaction. Therefore, for volunteers with a strong belief in ‘self-oriented just belief(due compensation)’ satisfaction with volunteer work can serve as a facilitating mechanism for enhancing life satisfaction., Based on these findings, this study discusses and proposes strategies for just practices centered on social welfare organizations.
