‘민주주의법학연구회 2020 선언문’ 검토: ‘민주주의 법학’의 정향 정련을 위하여
Revisiting the ‘2020 Declaration of the Democratic Legal Studies Association’: for a refined orientation of the ‘democratic legal studies’
초록
‘민주주의법학연구회 2020 선언문’을 ‘민주주의법학연구회 발족선언문’과 견주어가며 검토한 다음 거기서 고쳐 바꾸거나 거기에 보태어 채울 만한 점들을 제시한다. 그 요지는 ‘자본주의’나 ‘자본주의 법학’ 및 ‘마르크스주의적 관점’과 ‘자주적 통일’에 대한 관점을 바꾸어 더 다듬으면 좋겠다는 것과, 남한 사회에 잔존하는 ‘봉건적’ 요소들 및 외국 출신 사람들과 ‘재외동포’ 처우도 문제로 삼으면 좋겠다는 것, 그리고 ‘생태주의’와 ‘인도주의’ 및 ‘민중적 당파성’ 표명의 의미와 경중 판단 및 차례 배치를 다시 가다듬으면 좋겠다는 것이다.
