지역주민의 요구에 기반한 성인대학 발전방안 연구: D성인대학을 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study is to find ways to improve the system to revitalize the operation of adult colleges in general universities. The research results are as follows. First, respondents consider the department and major they want to study, support for students, and quality of classes as major considerations when choosing a school and department. Second, the fields favorable for employment and starting a business were answered in that order: social science, health and sports. Third, the qualifications that are advantageous for employment and starting a business were answered in the following order: social worker, lifelong educator, and silver health instructor. Fourth, respondents answered that the most important things when seeking employment after graduation were major knowledge, job skills, and related certifications. Fifth, the motivation for entering adult college was answered in the order of studying the field you want to study and obtaining a bachelor's degree. In the future, the government and universities will need to systematically improve the adult university system based on local residents.
