문헌조사 기반 G-SEED 내 BEMS 평가체계의 개선방안 고찰

초록

This study examines improvement strategies for the Building Energy Management System (BEMS) evaluation framework within the G-SEED certification system based on a literature review. The purpose of this research is to encourage the adoption of BEMS as a means of reducing building energy consumption and carbon emissions. To achieve this, BEMS-related assessment items in G-SEED were reviewed in comparison with those in BREEAM and LEED, and a systematic analysis of domestic research literature published over the past five years was conducted. The results indicate that the current G-SEED system assigns a very low score for BEMS installation, suggesting the need to reconsider its weighting in relation to installation costs and potential energy-saving effects. In addition, system automation-related items dispersed across the certification framework should be integrally reorganized into BEMS-related categories to support coordinated control of building systems. Furthermore, the indirect reflection of BEMS control logic through demand control strategies and the allowance of dynamic energy simulation methods should be considered, with careful attention to compatibility with existing evaluation tools.
