토픽모델링을 활용한 국내 중년 여성의 심리 및 정신건강 분야 연구 동향 분석

초록

This study examines research trends and key concepts in psychology and mental health among middle-aged women in Korea. We analyzed 105 articles published between 2005 and 2024 in women's studies, psychology, family studies, education, and mental health medicine, containing ‘middle-aged women’ or ‘menopausal women’ in their titles. Using Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA), a topic modeling technique, six topics were identified. The six major topics were: ‘Life Course for Personal Growth’, ‘Social Transition and Lifelong Learning’, ‘Life Well-being Within Family Dynamics of Middle-aged Women’, ‘Understanding and Coping with Stress’, ‘Self-Understanding and Healing Through Counseling and Therapy’ and ‘Various Effects of Psychological Difficulties on Relationships’. This study provides insights into research trends over the past two decades and offers recommendations for future studies on middle-aged women’s psychology and mental health
