범죄예방환경 만족도가 주거만족도에 미치는 영향 - CPTED 인증 아파트 단지와 비인증 아파트 단지 비교를 중심으로 -

초록

In South Korea, the application of CPTED for buildings was mandatory in 2014 (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport), but CPTED certification is applied arbitrarily, not mandatory. In particular, CPTED certification of apartments has been conducted by the Korea CPTED Association since 2010, but there are fewer cases of certification and fewer related studies than overseas such as the UK and Japan. Therefore, it is important to analyze the effect from various perspectives in order to increase CPTED certification. This study analyzes the effects of CPTED certification from the perspective of residential satisfaction. The analysis revealed that satisfaction with the crime prevention environment does not have a direct effect on residential satisfaction. On the other hand, fear of crime and satisfaction with the use of external spaces showed a full mediating effect in the relationship between satisfaction with the crime prevention environment and residential satisfaction. In other words, lower fear of crime was associated with higher residential satisfaction, and greater satisfaction with the use of external spaces tended to increase residential satisfaction.
