중고령자의 사회적 자본과 디지털 기술 태도, 온라인 네트워크 활동의 관계: 전문 조력자 도움의 조절된 매개효과

초록

The purpose of this study was to examine a moderated mediation model with attitudes toward digital technology as a mediator and professional support as a moderator in the relationship between social capital and online network activities among middle-aged and older adults. This study analyzes responses from a sample of 3,300 individuals utilizing data from the '2023 Digital Divide Survey.' The SPSS Macro program was utilized to test for moderated mediation effects. The key findings are as follows: First, the mediating effect of digital technology attitudes was statistically significant in the relationship between social capital and online network activities. Second, the moderating effect of professional support was statistically significant in the relationship between social capital and digital technology attitudes. Finally, the significant moderated mediation effect was identified, indicating that the relationship between social capital and online network activities via digital technology attitude was moderated by support from professional support. These findings provide a basis for discussing practical policy directions aimed at addressing the digital divide and enhancing the digital environment for middle-aged and older adults.
