학습자 요구에 기반한 성인맞춤형 대학 운영방안 연구: G성인대학의 사례를 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study is to explore adult-tailored university operation plans by reflecting the needs of adult university students. For this purpose, the researcher conducted a survey targeting 180 students at G adult college from March to April 2024. The research results are as follows. First, the standard for department selection for adult college students is the field they want to study. Second, respondents responded that the major that would be advantageous for future employment and entrepreneurship was social science. Fourth, respondents responded that qualifications that are advantageous for employment and starting a business include social worker qualifications and counselor qualifications. Fifth, what is important when seeking employment after graduation is professional knowledge and professional capabilities. Lastly, institutional improvements made by the government or universities to revitalize adult universities include improving the admission system, improving the curriculum, providing scholarships, and supporting commuting to school. In the future, universities and the government will need to reorganize universities by considering the needs of adult learners and operate them as universities tailored to adults.
