지방자치단체(진주시) 지적도의 세계측지계 변환에 관한 연구

초록

In many countries, it has been changed her geodetic reference system from local to global, because it has been needed the positioning in the same geodetic reference system caused by activation of space geodesy technique as like GNSS, SLR, VLBI in the world. In also, Korean government announced publicly that Korean geodetic reference system is World Geodetic Reference System by the law which is Law about Surveying, Waterway survey and Cadastrae. This law has been activated since September 10, 2009, so it is needed urgently that transformation to World Geodetic Reference System in Cadastrae field. This study is aimed at cadastral map transformation to World Geodetic Reference System in local government, so it has chosen Jinju city as a test local government. For the transformation, first, GPS observation was accomplished in and around Jinju city, and then,coordinates transformation parameters were calculated by the Molodensky-Badekas model, and finally,cadastral map was transformed to World Geodetic Reference System by using the coordinates transformation parameters. The transformation result shows that the position in the cadastral map was shifted about 365m to Northeast direction.
