40-64세 여성의 수면의 질 세부유형이 주관적 건강상태에 미치는 영향

초록

Purpose: This study was to analyze the impact of sleep quality subtypes on subjective health status in middle-aged and older women residing in the community. Methods: The study subjects were 55,767 middle-aged women aged 40 to 64 years enrolled in the 2018 Korean Community Health Survey (KCHS). This descriptive study aimed to investigate the relationship between sleep quality and subjective health status. To maintain representativeness of the population, an analysis plan file was created that reflected stratification variables, clustering variables, and weights, and then data analysis was conducted. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, and complex-sample logistic regression using SPSS/WIN 27.0 software. Results: A complex-sample logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify factors influencing subjective health status. The Nagelkerke coefficient of determination (R2), which indicates the model's explanatory power, was 15.0%. Demographic characteristics, health behaviors, and physical and psychological health factors were all significantly associated with SRH. Specifically, subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep disturbance, use of sleep medications, and daytime dysfunction were independently associated with SRH. Discussion: It shows that socioeconomic inequality, chronic disease management, psychosocial factors, and sleep quality management are key factors in raising health awareness among middle-aged and older women.
