CXCL10 plays an important role in angiogenesis and inhibits the differentiation of endothelial cells into capillaries. It also plays an important role in the generation and transmission of effector T cell responses and the recruitment of T cells to inflammatory sites. In this article, we constructed cDNAs to identify and analyse the CXCL10 domain, and performed multiple alignments and a phylogenetic analysis to determine homology with other animals. Real-time PCR was performed to confirm construction and expression after bacterial and viral infection. (c) 2019 The Author(s). Published by Elsevier Inc.
