고려 인종 21년 縣令 增置와 영속관계 개편

초록

The new establishments of local officials and transfer of the Junior “Sok'hyeon” units, which occurred since the 9th year of King Hyeonjong's reign and up until the Standard Time point, are all reflected in the compiling of the Geography section of 『Goryeo-sa』. Yet some (or more) of them are listed as ‘exceptional’ cases, so there is a possibility that the records could be misinterpreted. In the 21st year of King Injong's reign, Hyeon'ryeong/縣令 prefects were dispatched to many Gun'hyeon units. Records of that dispatch included documentation of previous posting, and this served as a basis to determine whether or not there had been a change in the Managing/Belonging relationship of the area before the Standard Time point. Jang'heung-bu/長興府, which was elevated during King Euijong's reign, was ‘additionally’ included in this record, and that led people to wrongfully believe that it was elevated during King Injong's reign.
