초록

Recently, with the increase in the penetration of distributed renewable energy resources, distribution networks (DNs) are taking on the role of prosumers. Traditionally, the distribution system operator (DSO) has only allocated prosumers as the buyer and seller. Then, the matched prosumers determine the transacted energy and price through reciprocal negotiations. In this study, we aim to explore the potential benefits of a more coordinated approach, where the DSO intervene the P2P transactions in optimizing both internal constraints of each DN and the networked multiple DNs revenue. This approach enables both economic benefits of prosumers and integrated entire system to reach an optimal transaction by determining the P2P transaction price. Moreover, owing to the uncertain nature of renewable energy and load demand, we propose an approximated distributionally robust chance-constrained optimization based on the Wasserstein ambiguity set to solve the optimization problem. The effectiveness of proposed P2P strategy is validated on an IEEE 85-bus and 69-bus system, demonstrating its ability to satisfy internal network requirements and improve economic benefits for both prosumers and the entire system.
