공공임대아파트 고령자의 생활안전 안내사인 인식 조사 및 개선 방안 연구

초록

This study analyzed the perception level and satisfaction of elderly residents in public rental housing in Seoul regarding safety signage, alongwith differences based on age and the use of mobility aids. The results showed that color contrast, form simplicity, and installation heightsignificantly influenced satisfaction, and the perception level varied statistically across housing complexes. While CCTV signage attributes didnot have a significant effect on satisfaction, the color, form, and location of building·unit number signage showed significant effects. Genderdid not affect satisfaction, whereas mobility aid use and age influenced satisfaction with certain signage types. Therefore, future signageplanning should incorporate high color contrast, simple and clear forms, installation heights suitable for the elderly’s eye level, and systematicmaintenance.
