화상 집단상담에서 상담자의 상담관계 어려움과 대처경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to understand the difficulties and coping experiences that counselors ex perience in relation to counseling relationships in group counselling using videoconferencing through phenom enological research methods in depth. Methods Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews with 8 counselors who had operated both face-to-face and using videoconferencing group counseling. Meaning units reflecting the participant's expe rience were extracted from the data, based on Giorgi's phenomenological method, and sub-topics and super-top ics were derived based on these. The general structure of the research phenomenon was described based on the derived topics. Results As a result of the analysis, 6 super-topics(The feeling of communicating only through ten windows, The obstacle caused by the ‘videoconferencing’ environment, Here and now, trying hard to keep people in us, Overcoming the constraints of the videoconferencing environment with the videoconferencing environment, Finding the ways to fit the group counseling using videoconferencing, Being Prepared for what needs to be pre pared, accepting what needs to be accepted), 18 sub-topics, 51 meaning units were derived. Conclusions Based on the research results, implications were suggested that can be considered in coping with the difficulties experienced by counselors who operated group counseling using videoconferencing in counseling relationships.
