청년 니트(NEET)의 사회부과적 완벽주의와 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움이 자기불일치에 미치는 영향: 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략의 조절된 매개효과

The Effects of Socially Prescribed Perfectionism and Fear of Negative Evaluation on Self-Discrepancy among NEET Youth: The Moderated Mediating Effect of Maladaptive Cognitive Emotion Regulation

초록

This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of Fear of Negative Evaluation on the relationship between Socially Prescribed Perfectionism and Self-Discrepancy among Youth NEET, as well as to verify the moderated mediating effect of Maladaptive Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies. A survey was conducted with 200 Youth NEET aged between 19 and 34 from across the nation. The results were as follows. First, all major variables showed significant correlations. Second, Fear of Negative Evaluation fully mediated the effect of Socially Prescribed Perfectionism on Self-Discrepancy. Third, Maladaptive Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies moderated the effect of Fear of Negative Evaluation on Self-Discrepancy. Fourth, the indirect effect of Socially Prescribed Perfectionism on Self-Discrepancy through Fear of Negative Evaluation was moderated by Maladaptive Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies. These findings suggest that interventions aiming to reduce Fear of Negative Evaluation and Maladaptive Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies may be beneficial for Youth NEET with high levels of Socially Prescribed Perfectionism.
