연안에서 발생한 잠수함 충돌사고 사례에 대한 심층 분석 및 개선방안 연구

초록

Looking at Naval ship collisions in the past, not only national losses such as hull damage, but also human accidents such as the disappearance and death of crew members due to the nature of the ship in which many crew members board. Even if it is not a large ship such as a destroyer with more than 200 crew members on board, there have been two submarine collisions with more than 40 crew members within the past five years. Submarines are classified as ships during water navigation, but they are less visible at the top of the water surface compared to the length of the hull, so they cannot be easily identified by radar or the naked eye. Therefore, for the two submarine collisions that the author participated in the accident ship field investigation, the ship collision reproduction system used by the Korea Coast Guard Scientific Investigation and the Naval Marine Scientific Investigation Center was used to analyze the cause of the accident through avoidance simulation by collision cause, and studied ways to prevent naval ship collisions.
