This paper examines the ethical characteristics of Hyegang Choi Han-ki by interpreting the possibility of establishing the moral law of Science of Gi (氣學) from the viewpoint of In (仁) and Ji (知). His view based on the concept of Gi is cyclical and reductive. In other words, concepts defining the properties of the Gi are used as knowledge of the physical world and as a legitimate basis for this knowledge. He used concepts such as Gi-Hua (氣化), Un-Hua (運化), Chu-Cheuk (推測), etc. for the objective of empirical experience. Therefore, it was interpreted that ethical justification was also based on Gi-Hua and Un-Hua. This paper presupposes that the ethical justification of Hyegang Choi Han-ki fundamentally starts from the concept of In and Ji. His ethical view is based on the traditionally passed meaning of In and Ji. The ethical discourse of Gi can be confirmed in the complementary relationship between In and Ji. The concept of In is completed by completing personal social relationships in which everyone is Hual-Dong-Un-Hua (活動運 化). In addition, Ji is defined as objectively knowing the reality of the world that is active. Ji is a specific basis for justifying In. So he synthesizes the concepts of In and Ji, which have been recognized independently as ethical categories, into the concept of 'In-Ji'. In other words, he defined 'In-Ji' as an ethical concept derived from Chen-In-Seung-Soon (天 人承順). In this context, the concepts of Un-Hua, Seung-Soon, Byun-Tong (變通), and Jin-ri (眞利), which contain the cyclic and reductive concepts of Gi, are revealed as ethical categories. The ethical concepts of Science of Gi are fundamentally starting from the regulations on In and Ji.
