전략적 제휴의 연구동향 : 국내외 주요 학술지를 중심으로

초록

We have executed this study investigated on the search subject of major papers in published in 1998-2014 at Korean and international journals. And content analysis was conducted on the strategic alliance's definition, motivations, types, theory and performance. Strategic alliances is showing a variety of views according to the perspective of firm-specific characteristics and environmental factors, and researchers. The main subjects were moved to the collaboration skills that leverage resources and capabilities outside of the company due to long-term investments and expanding market areas. Based on this analysis, this paper was presented the results of future research directions and the need for a comprehensive study of the strategic alliance. And this study suggests that the need for the strategic alliance in the supply chain of global IT companies.
