국립공원의 경관 이용 가치 추정 - 한려해상생태탐방원 지불의사 분석 -

초록

This study aimed to estimate the use value of national park landscapes from the perspective of users. The Contingent Valuation (CV), which estimates value based on users’ willingness to pay, was applied, with a focus on accommodation fees at the Hallyeohaesang Nature Center, where market price is partially reflected, making it easier to gauge monetary willingness to pay. This study determine the proportion of landscape among the total willingness to pay for the Hallyeohaesang Nature Center by investigating willingness to pay under three situations: current state(model 1), a scenario where the landscape is not provided(model 2), and a realistic payment situation for the scenario here the landscape is not provided(model 3). Analysis of 571 responses using the logit model revealed that the willingness to pay for the Hallyeohaesang Nature Center in its current state (model 1) is approximately 120,000 KRW. In contrast, the willingness to pay if the landscape view were unavailable (model 2) is about 66,000 KRW, and the willingness to pay under the immediate payment situation (model 3) is approximately 55,000 KRW. This indicates that the difference in willingness to pay based on the presence or absence of the landscape is about 55,000 KRW, accounting for roughly 45% of the total willingness to pay. This study is significant in that it investigates and estimates the value of landscape use under conditions where market value is reflected.
