간호대학생의 인공지능에 대한 지각된 유용성과 수용의도의 관계: 인공지능에 대한 태도의 매개효과

초록

This study examined the mediating role of attitudes toward artificial intelligence (AI) in the relationship between perceived AI utilization and intention to adopt AI among nursing students. A total of 208 nursing students (years 1 to 4) from a college of nursing in G Province (Korea) participated in the study. Perceived AI utilization, attitudes toward AI, and intention to adopt AI were measured using self-report questionnaires, and mediation testing was performed using the PROCESS Macro Model 4 in SPSS version 27. Mean scores for perceived AI utilization, attitudes toward AI, and intention to adopt AI were 3.20±0.51, 3.71±0.39, and 3.71±0.66, respectively (range 1-5). Perceived AI utilization significantly and positively affected attitudes toward AI (β=0.31, p<.001) and intention to adopt AI (β =0.37, p<.001). Furthermore, attitudes toward AI partially mediated the relationship between perceived AI utilization and intention to adopt AI (β=0.08, 95% CI [0.036, 0.196]). These findings suggest that educational strategies fostering positive attitudes toward AI are needed to enhance nursing students' intention to adopt AI, and that AI-related curricula should be systematically integrated into nursing education programs with practice-based learning opportunities.
