구조주의 서사이론에 기반한 예비교사들의 소설 학습활동 구성 양상과 지도 방안 -예비교사들이 구안한 소설 학습활동의 개선 방안을 중심으로-

초록

The purpose of this study is to develop guidelines for the production of novel teaching materials for secondary school students that can develop the ability to interpret the meaning of works by considering the characteristics of novels. As a result of analyzing the problems of the novel textbooks produced by the preliminary teachers in the Korean language education department and examining the improvement plan, the following items could be derived as teaching contents of the textbook production. First, interpretative activities should be conducted focusing on the process of establishing and verifying interpretation hypotheses and deepening them. Through the organic activity composition centered on the verification and deepening of the hypothesis, it should be possible to go beyond the level of understanding the components of the novel in a segmental way and to interpret the meaning of the whole work. Second, using plot analysis as a medium, interpreting activities on the story level and interpreting activities on the discourse level should be developed step by step. A step-by-step approach is required to prevent errors that confuse the layers of story and discourse or are considered separate and do not closely combine the meanings of each layer. Third, it is necessary to activate critical activities on each level in a balanced manner, including the connection between stories and discourses. In order to resolve the limit of critical activities concentrated on the story layer and to realize the cyclical hierarchy of interpretation and criticism, more open and active attempts are required for the design of critical activities. In order to make the novel teaching material production class of the problem solving learning model for the pre-service teachers have a practical effect, it is necessary to present the concrete direction of the teaching material production by applying the above guidelines. In addition, pre-service teachers should be taught to fully learn the procedures and methods of novel interpretation and apply them to the interpretation of works through theoretical lectures on the characteristics of novels.
