Robots, as the core support of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, have been deeply applied in fields such as industry, medical care, agriculture, aerospace, and special rescue. However, the complexity of the service environment causes robots to face problems such as vibration and accuracy attenuation. Traditional static design methods are difficult to meet the demand, making dynamic performance design a frontier direction. This paper summarizes analysis methods, influencing factors and design optimization methods. The future requires breakthroughs towards analytical systematization, design intelligence, core technology independence, and multi-scenario self-adaptation to address current challenges such as isolated analysis methods, low design intelligence, and core technologies being restricted by external sources, supporting the development of high-end robots.
