초록

This study aims to propose a planning framework for drone takeoff and landing facilities to support disaster prevention activities for culturalheritage in consideration of the unique characteristics of cultural heritage in Korea. It distinguishes between routine monitoring and damagemitigation operations. Through expert consultations, prototype fabrication, and operational field tests, the practical applicability of suchfacilities at heritage sites was examined. The findings indicate that drone takeoff and landing facilities have the potential to serve not only asflight bases but also as multi‑functional infrastructures for systematic heritage management and disaster response. Key insights were derivedregarding pad design for safe takeoff and landing, operator coordination systems, safety boundary setting, and the integration of auxiliaryfacilities. However, due to budgetary and other constraints, it was not possible to produce multiple prototypes or present specific dimensionaldata. Future studies are expected to complement this limitation by developing design and construction standards through performance‑basedexperiments that take fire scenarios into account. This study is expected to provide fundamental reference data for establishing a drone‑baseddisaster prevention system for cultural heritage protection.
