진성리더십이 직무만족과 직무성과에 미치는 영향: 의사소토풍토의 조절효과

초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between authentic leadership, job satisfaction, job performance, and communication climate to examine the impact of authentic leadership on its members in more detail. To this end, we set the hypothesis that authentic leadership has a positive impact on job satisfaction and job performance, and that the communication climate reinforces the positive impact of authentic leadership on job satisfaction and job performance. To verify the hypotheses, a regression analysis was conducted based on a survey data collected from employees working at cooperatives in the Gyeongnam region, and the results are as follows. First, it was found that authentic leadership has a positive impact on job satisfaction and job performance. Second, it was found that the positive impact of authentic leadership on job satisfaction and job performance is strengthened the more positive the communication climate is. The implications of this study are as follows. First, this study is of academic significance as it is a study that examined the relationship between authentic leadership and job satisfaction and job performance through a contextual approach. Second, this study sought to expand the academic literature on leadership by examining the effects of ethical and moral forms of authentic leadership as a way to increase job satisfaction and job performance. Finally, we pointed out that the subject of leadership research has been limited mainly to general companies (manufacturing and service industries), and we attempted to suggest the possibility of leadership research in various organizational forms by specifying the subject of research as a cooperative.
