3세 유아의 어휘력, 가정양육환경, 어머니 양육행동이 초등학교 1학년 학업수행능력에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of vocabulary of 3-year-old, home rearing environment of 3-year-old, and parenting behavior of 3-year-old on academic performance in the first grade of elementary school. To this end, data from the 4th and 8th years of the Korean Children’s Panel were used, and correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis were performed to analyze the data. The results of the study are as follows. First, 3-year-old’s vocabulary, home-rearing environment, mother-rearing behavior, and first-year grade’s academic performance showed a positive correlation between all variables. Second, It was found that the vocabulary, home-rearing environment, and mother-rearing behavior of 3-year-old had an effect on the academic performance of the first grade of elementary school, and vocabulary had the highest influence. Looking at the effect of the sub-factors of the variables on academic performance. From the results of this study, it was found that the vocabulary, home-rearing environment, and maternal parenting behavior of 3-year-old affected the academic achievement of the first year of elementary school, which is the later period. The results of this study suggest that the more teachers and parents improve their vocabulary and provide a quality home rearing environment, desirable parenting behavior to young children, the more young children can perform their studies smoothly.
