지상파항법시스템 무결성 지원 파라미터 도출

초록
The vulnerability of the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) to jamming necessitates a reliable backup for safety-critical applications. The enhanced Long range navigation (eLoran) is considered as the backup navigation system of GNSS. For eLoran use in these safety-critical domains, an integrity monitoring is essential to ensure the reliability of the navigation information. This paper proposes a methodology to derive the integrity support parameter, an essential parameter for implementing an autonomous integrity monitoring for eLoran. To achieve this, we analyzed the pseudorange errors obtained using real-world data from the operational reference station in South Korea. The study applies the Gaussian overbouding technique to determine a conservative upper bound on the measurement error statistically. The overbounding standard deviations for the transmitters 9930M, 9930W, and 9930V were calculated as 6.97 m, 8.52 m, and 11.73 m, respectively. Based on these results, integrity parameters were derived.
