측량산업 안전관리 적용체계 구축을 위한 제도 및 방안 연구

초록

According to the Serious Disaster Punishment Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act , safety management in the surveying industry has become absolutely necessary. In this study, we studied institutional improvement measures and practical improvement measures that can be urgently applied to the surveying industry and derived a method for calculating surveying safety management costs and a surveying safety management manual. As a result of the study, a rate-based safety management cost calculation system was proposed as a method for calculating surveying safety management costs, and as a method for applying national basic surveying and public surveying orders, a revision was proposed to add safety management costs as direct labor costs and direct expenses of safety management participants to the Standards for Surveying Cost , and as a method for applying cadastral surveying orders, a method was proposed for revising the Regulations on the Standards for Calculating Land Surveying Cost to add safety managers to direct labor costs and add safety management costs to direct expenses. In addition, a ‘Surveying Safety Management Manual’ was published as a practical method for surveying engineers to ensure safety at work sites, and if this manual is understood and applied as it is, it is expected that safety at work sites will be improved. In particular, this study is significant in that it provides the basis for establishing a safety management application system in the surveying industry by presenting for the first time the standards and basis for securing safety management expenses when ordering surveying services.
